CaptureScreenQuietTool
screencap -p [-d <display>] — captures the screen as a PNG and writes it to stdout. With a privileged shell backend this works without MediaProjection consent (no yellow status-bar indicator, no prompt). Distinct from screenshot.capture_screen (MediaProjection) and accessibility.take_screenshot_via_a11y (Accessibility-API consent).
Routed through ShellBackend.execBinary (via gatedExecBinary) so the raw PNG bytes survive text-only backends. The result is validated against the 8-byte PNG signature, then base64-encoded; the captured image is always returned as PNG (no re-encoding).
Privilege: requires a working ShellBackend. Read-only.
Params: display (optional, default 0 → primary; non-zero adds -d).
On success the result map carries format ("png"), size_bytes, and image_base64.
