Ask Shizuku to show its permission dialog (Shizuku.requestPermission). Does nothing if the Shizuku service isn't running — check isShizukuReady first, and use installOrOpenIntent to send the user to Shizuku when it isn't. The result arrives via Shizuku's OnRequestPermissionResultListener.
